The electrical plans are the prepared designated locations of all electrical and lighting points for the installation. These are presented on “paper” (or digitally) before the physical installation of the cabling to the points are carried out.

This would be carried out for multiple purposes such as functionality, for architectural schemes purposes or to compliment interior designs.
